Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Possible delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues are beyond our control. We will contact you if we have questions while processing your order. For heavier items, which generally exceed 150 pounds, shipping is not charged at checkout. Instead, we will contact you after receiving your order confirmation to review the estimated shipping cost, and you will be billed for the actual cost.

Customers will receive an email notification with a tracking number when an order ships. Allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
